Sanyu Arts Gallery Return Policy

At Sanyu Arts Gallery, we strive to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged for shipping. However, in the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we offer the following policy:

  1. 7-Day Return Window: If your artwork is damaged in transit, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Please notify us immediately upon discovering any issues.
  2. Return Process:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged artwork, providing photos of the damage.

We will arrange for the artwork to be returned at no additional cost to you.

  1. Refund or Replacement: Once the damaged artwork is received and inspected, we will offer:

A full refund, or

The option to have the artwork recreated (if possible) at no extra charge.

  1. No Returns for Undamaged Artworks: Due to the high costs of shipping and handling, we do not accept returns or exchanges for artworks that arrive in perfect condition. Please ensure you are fully committed to your purchase before placing an order.
